Main goal: get some knowledge about stereoscopic for film (S3D) and television and understand historical context of new S3D technologies.

1. Presentation of stereoscopic photographs from 19th century (diableries, among others) with the use of a stereoscopic Holmes viewer (Benjamim W. Kilburn).

2. Comparison of analogue images with the same representation on a digital screen (passive LG monitor).

3. Main concepts and issues about the nature of stereoscopic images

4. Practical exercises in The Foundry Nuke
